Parmesan Summer Squash recipe
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons minced garlic
4 small zucchini and/or summer squash, sliced into rounds
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation Instructions:
1. Preheat broiler to low or oven to 450F.
2. Toss all ingredients together in large bowl. Place on baking pan and bake until golden, 6 to 8 minutes, turning once. Serve.
Notes about this recipe:
A quick appetizer that's an elegant delight to present and enjoy. Parmesan cheese bakes up perfectly bubbly and caramelized over sweet, softened summer squash.
