Pan Fried Mild Chilli Squash recipe

Ingredients:

2 small squashes, peeled and seeded.
2 tablespoons of olive oil.
One thick slice of butter.
2 garlic cloves, crushed.
1 mild chilli, seeded and chopped.
Freshly ground black pepper.
6 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese.

Preparation Instructions:

Slice the squash into thick slices.

In a shallow frying pan, heat the olive oil and butter.

Add the crushed garlic and mild chilli; then fry until their fragrance rises.

Add the sliced squash and cook until golden.

Drain and season with freshly ground black pepper.

Sprinkle with the grated Parmesan cheese.

Serve as desired.
