Dilled Squash recipe

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil.
1 cup of chopped onions.
1 clove of garlic, minced.
4 cups of yellow summer squash, sliced half-inch thick.
½ teaspoon of salt.
Pinch of pepper.
1 teaspoon of dill weed.

Preparation Instructions:

In a large non-stick skillet, heat oil over medium heat.

Add the chopped onions and minced garlic. Cook until the onions start to brown.

Add the sliced squash and mix thoroughly with the chopped onions.

Sprinkle with the salt and pepper.

Sprinkle the dill over the squash.

Cover and cook, stirring frequently, for 10 minutes, or until squash is just tender-crisp.
