Cheesy Squash Casserole recipe
Ingredients:
2 lbs of summer squash, sliced.
2 cups of grated Cheddar cheese.
1 medium egg, beaten.
½ cup of evaporated milk.
½ cup of cracker crumbs.
Salt and pepper, to taste.
Preparation Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook the squash in boiling salted water, then drain and place in a buttered casserole dish.
Add the grated Cheddar and stir until smooth.
Stir in egg, milk, cracker crumbs, salt and pepper.
Bake for 30 minutes.
