Baked Winter Squash recipe
Ingredients:
1 medium butternut squash.
2 tablespoons of orange juice.
1 tablespoon of applesauce.
1 tablespoon of maple syrup.
1 tablespoon of molasses.
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon.
Pinch of ground ginger.
Preparation Instructions:
Peel the butternut squash.
Cut the butternut squash into slices about half an inch thick.
Lay in a baking dish.
Combine all of the other ingredients; then pour over the squash.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 60 minutes, covered.
