Baked Orange Squash recipe

Ingredients:

2 cups of cooked, mashed, butternut or acorn squash.
¼ cup of frozen orange juice, concentrate, thawed.
Dash of ground ginger.
Pinch of ground cinnamon.
½ teaspoon of grated orange peel.
1 tablespoon of margarine and 1 teaspoon of margarine.
4 teaspoons of packed brown sugar.
Non-stick cooking spray.

Preparation Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a medium sized bowl, combine all of the ingredients; mix thoroughly.

Place the mixture in a one-quart baking dish that has been sprayed with a non-stick cooking spray.

Bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes.
